This is not really a surcharge. BCHDA Members receive a $10 discount on workshop fees, but there isn't a way in the software to have 2 levels of pricing on the registration form. BCHDA Membership is $35/year for a Standard / Family Membership, and $15/year for Teachers/Professionals.
