At approximately 4PM, immediately following the competition, the BCHDA is hosting a pizza party/social, to be followed by a 1.5-hour Strength, Conditioning and Injury Prevention workshop with Jermaine John-Archer from Fortius Sport & Health.

The workshop is FREE for BCHDA members and their families, or $15 per participant for non-members.  Another perk of BCHDA membership! 

$5 per person for pizza.  Parents/siblings are welcome to stay.
