We will have staggered entry. Times to be confirmed.
Primary dancers start at 9AM
|AFTERNOON Events - Premier divided into 2 sections
Afternoon dancers will start dancing no earlier than noon, and be allowed into the venue a minimum of 30min before dancing starts
This event is being held in compliance with all Provincial health and safety orders, and facility requirements for Covid-19. Proof of vaccination required for all audience members and volunteers 12 & Over, competitors Under 21 are currently exempt from mandatory vaccinations. Reminder Covid safety restrictions are ever changing and we will be following the orders in place at the time of the event.
Entry open to BC dancers only.
Masks are mandatory. Dancers may remove their masks while competing.
On the day of the competition, if you or any household family member has symptoms, has been diagnosed as having Covid-19, has been required to quarantine or self-isolate please follow the Public Health Guidelines for Self-Isolating.
Our goal is to allow our dancers to compete in a safe, calm, inclusive and positive environment. We appreciate unexpected situations that may arise on the day that may require action that is meant to protect our dancers, judges, volunteers and other participants. Please be respectful of all requests or you will be escorted from the facility.

$139.00 plus tax for 1 - 2 people for our Standard rooms with One Queen Bed
$149.00 plus tax for 1 - 4 people for our Standard rooms with either Two Queen Beds or King Bed with Luxury Queen Sofa Bed
$199.00 plus tax for 1 – 2 people for our Standard rooms with One Bedroom Suite with Kitchen
Cut-off Date: January 19 is the cut-off date to reserve the rooms. **We highly advise all our group block guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible prior to the cut off date to ensure room availability and special rates.
Please note that this is an open group block and we do not hold any rooms. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis**
Pet Policy: We have pet friendly rooms at a rate of $40 each plus tax per pet per night and is based on availability.

Please note that the above special group rates are not available via online booking and we can not guarantee the discounted group rate once booked online.
Credit cards: Each family calling in will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Payment may be changed upon arrival, please enquire at the time of reserving if there are questions about your payment options.
Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is 72 hours notice prior to scheduled arrival.
