This event is an open event with no geographic restrictions.

HOST HOTEL:

We are a full service hotel with top quality facilities and services centrally located in the heart of Port Coquitlam and conveniently located within 2-3 minutes to the Riverside Community Church in Fremont Connector, Port Coquitlam. All of our guestrooms are furnished with a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary wired and wireless internet, free local calling, complimentary ample parking and much more. • $169.00 plus tax for 1 - 2 people for our Standard rooms with  One Queen Bed

• $169.00 plus tax for 1 - 4 people for our Standard rooms with either Two Queen Beds or King Bed with Luxury Queen Sofa Bed 

• $219.00 plus tax for 1 – 2 people for our Standard rooms with One Bedroom Suite with Kitchen

Cut-off Date: February 19, 2023 is the cut-off date to reserve the rooms. **We highly advise all our group block guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible prior to the cut off date to ensure room availability and special rates. 

Please note that this is an open group block and we do not hold any rooms. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis**

Pet Policy: We have pet friendly rooms at a rate of $40 each plus tax per pet per night and is based on availability.

Credit cards: Each family calling in will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation.  Payment may be changed upon arrival, please enquire at the time of reserving if there are questions about your payment options.

Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is 72 hours notice prior to scheduled arrival.
